This Supra has a Grade R (repair/damage) auction history with what looks like the front cross member replace, front core support and side member - dent, assumed due to an accident. High kilometers on this model, 189,000km as of October 2018. At this time (October 2018) it was being sold by a car dealership in Kyushu while also going under auction for at least a third time. There are 2 auction papers attached to the photographs above with less than 100km of mileage difference. Car seems to be in an ok condition otherwise, with wear as you'd expect from a car with nearly 200,000kms. Also of note, the drivers seat may have been replaced, it looks like a SR3 instead of a SR2 model Recaro like the proper one on the passenger side. Interestingly, although this car is a genuine RZ, it being a February 1997 model means it was born during the crossover between series 1 and 'true' series 2 which happened somewhere in the end of 1997, consequently it still has the earlier style 4-spoke steering wheel instead of the carbon wheel. Also it seems to have no active-lip either which is unusual for a true RZ. The car 'sold/negotiated/didn't meet reserve' at auction late October for 2,503,000JPY FOB. Then it was put up for auction again 5 days later, fate of that third auction is unknown, although it was seen again multiple times up for auction all through November and into December 2018.
