THE STORY: So, this is a USDM market Supra. She came to The US in 1993 to Sheridan Toyota in Santa Monica California. She was immediately sold and exported to Japan where she lived for 22 years. It’s possible she was passed around in japan but I have no records of the Japanese owners although I do have all Japanese paperwork for maintenance. One day in 2016 she went up for auction in Japan and was purchased by a gentleman in Canada who paid a broker to import the car into Toronto Canada. He didn’t really do much with the car and was trying to flip the car. He changed the wheels as well but basically he listed the car for sale for 2 years in Canada. In May of this year (2018) he contacted me to sell the car and I purchased the car from him. I personally flew to Toronto and imported the Supra into the USA and I became the first registered USA owner ever on this US car. I then pulled the 3 layers of carpet out and returned the car to stock configuration with factory black interior which was what was originally on the car as well as factory black seats and wheels. I had a shop pull out the electric fan setup and return the car to a fan clutch radiator setup in OEM condition with brand new OEM parts. I then had the car detailed to remove any swirls or scratches in the paint that were possible to remove and had a layer of ceramic pro from a certified installer (Palmetto Shine Shop) ceramic pro the entire car inside and out. At this time, she sits garaged nice and clean with a brand new center console, brand new o shit handle and some other brand new bits. Even the stereo was brought back to OEM condition. This car is awesome and is a vin matching Supra down to the bumper bars. (But remember she is 25 years old so minor imperfections are present) With that being said, it’s the only anthracite supra in the world to have spent most of its life in the Japanese world as well as Canada and now the USA as a USDM model supra! I have all records down to my plane tickets and fuel for this car. And an entire binder filled with maintenance records.
